The company was originally incorporated on 24 March 1997 under the Companies Act 1965 as Con Forms Asia Sdn. Bhd., a private company limited by shares. For over two decades, Con Forms Asia established itself as a reliable supplier of concrete pump equipment and accessories in Malaysia.

On 11 October 2019, the company officially changed its name to Kington Concrete Equipments Sdn. Bhd., marking a new chapter while continuing the same commitment to quality and service that customers have trusted since 1997.

Today, Kington Concrete Equipments operates as part of the Kington Group, bringing together decades of industry expertise with modern business practices to serve the evolving needs of Malaysia's construction sector.
